accessories. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy
allows returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product delivered).
Due to the perishable nature of our teas and coffees, we cannot accept returns for opened
products or based on taste preferences.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Opened tea or coffee products.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect).
Return Process
To start a return:

within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- We’ll review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
You cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or
defective item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about your refund’s approval
or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within
5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Reach out to arrange an exchange, and we’ll
ship a replacement at no extra cost if the issue is our error.
